Teresa Stephenson

Teresa Stephenson joined the office in January 2006 and is available to assist buyers and sellers with all of their real estate needs. Teresa moved to Durango in June of 1998 from San Diego where she was born and raised. After commuting back and forth to San Diego for six months, she happily retired from her corporate career in Human Resources to welcome her newest challenge of becoming a full-time Mom. Once her two sons (now 9 and 7 years old) started school full time, Teresa decided to pursue a completely different direction in her professional life by working in real estate. She now has obtained her real estate license in Colorado.

Teresa brings a wealth of management, marketing and administrative experience to my office. Her attention to detail and professionalism complements what we believe to be critical in servicing our clients.
